Episode 1 | Premiere

The competition kicks off in Perth, WA with friends Tommy and Rach. As the first to cook, they're hoping their Instant Restaurant, "The Saucy Spoon" will dish up amazing food and perfect scores.

Tonight is the second instant restaurant and South Australian mother and son team, Sonia and Marcus, are hoping to put their arguments aside to impress the judges with their hearty family recipes.

Episode 3 | Episode #13.3

Tonight, the competition travels to Western Sydney, as identical twin sisters Radha and Prabha hope to impress judges Manu Fieldel and Colin Fassnidge with their traditional Indian family recipes.

Episode 4 | Episode #13.4

Tonight, besties Coco and Pearls are pushing their fighting to the side, and hoping to offer their guests both style AND substance with a creative menu in Northern NSW.

Episode 5 | Episode #13.5

Tonight we are in Melbourne with housemates Nick and Christian who've talked a big game and are confident they can knock Radha and Prabha off the top of the leaderboard.

Episode 6 | Episode #13.6

Tonight is the last Instant Restaurant of the round and we're at the home of Claudean and Anthony. With previous harsh talk and critique, can they impress or will they run the risk of being eliminated?

Episode 7 | Episode #13.7

Round 2 kicks off with barbecue champions, Aaron and Chris. While around the table, everyone is getting to know "Childhood Friends' Amber and Mel, and "Lithuanian Sisters' Patricija and Brigita.

Episode 8 | Episode #13.8

Round two of the competition continues with Claudean and Anthony back in the kitchen to redeem themselves from their last cook. The pair set out to show the Gatecrashers they are a team to watch out for.

Episode 9 | Episode #13.9

Tonight, Childhood best friends and Gate Crashing team Amber and Mel, cook up a storm in the NSW Blue Mountains, hoping that cooking Lebanese cuisine will earn them a spot at the top of the leaderboard.

Episode 10 | Episode #13.10

Tonight, the competition returns to Adelaide, as mother and son team, Sonia and Marcus, aim for redemption at their second Instant Restaurant.

Episode 11 | Episode #13.11

In Melbourne, it's the battle of the OG's vs the Gate Crashers, as housemates Nick and Christian are hoping to redeem themselves with their second cook at their Instant Restaurant, 3181.

Episode 12 | Episode #13.12

It's the last Instant Restaurant of the competition, where sisters, Patricija and Brigita, are bringing a cuisine the competition has never seen before - Lithuanian.

Episode 13 | Episode #13.13

Tonight, Manu, Colin, and domestic goddess Nigella Lawson welcome the teams into Kitchen HQ to compete for their place in the semi-finals, where three teams will face elimination.

Episode 14 | Episode #13.14

Tonight, it's the Semi Final where Manu, Colin and domestic goddess, Nigella Lawson, welcome the top four teams into Kitchen HQ to compete across two eliminations for their spot in the Grand Final.

Episode 15 | Grand Finale

It's down to the final two teams. Who will triumph and walk away as winners of My Kitchen Rules 2023?
