Episode 1 | To Sir, with Love

The documentary series following staff at the A&E department of St George's Hospital in South-West London returns. Amongst the patients treated are a young boy who fell out of a tree and a man with severe abdominal pains.

A young motorcyclist is placed in an induced coma after suffering a horrific accident in which he was thrown under a moving car after crashing into a bus. Also, a young boy has cut his wrist badly while playing at his home.

Episode 3 | Always on My Mind

Surgeons are faced with a dilemma when treating a 22-month-old child who has been kicked in the face by a racehorse at the family stables. A 100-year-old lady is suspected to have suffered a stroke.

91-year-old Cyril had to be cut free from the wreckage of his car after an accident. 57-year-old Caroline is taken to A&E complaining of chest pains and five-year-old Roman has got a pencil stuck in his ear.

26-year-old Lawrence was on a night out with friends in Eastbourne when he was hit by a car as he crossed the street. 53-year-old Katrina has been taken to A&E after experiencing chest pains and difficulty breathing.

A 10-year-old schoolboy has severed his finger and a stonemason has crushed his hand beneath a slab of marble. A neighbour brings in an elderly lady who has fallen and broken her ankle.

A mechanic is rushed to hospital after being crushed by his own car. 44-year-old Doug has a rare growth on his head and face that is prone to bleeding profusely. Cage fighter Charlie has something in his eye.

A five-year-old girl with a rare medical condition is rushed to A&E with breathing difficulties. A 12-year-old must be brave as she has a nasty cut on her leg treated. An elderly man arrives at A&E in a confused state after a fall.

A young man faces losing his foot after suffering horrific injuries in a motorcycle crash. 18-year-old Rosa has fallen off her bike after a night out with friends and a retired nurse has suffered a suspected stroke.

Builder Rod has fallen 18ft from scaffolding damaging his spine, his wife must break the bad news to their two sons. A retired policeman has injured his head after falling off a wall and a cyclist has collided with a car.

84-year-old Paula is sent to A&E after a routine blood test found she had exceptionally high levels of potassium in her blood. 74-year-old Derek has suffered a stroke and a fire-fighter has an abscess in his throat.

Episode 12 | Glass Half Full

3-year-old Louie is airlifted to the hospital after being run over by a car suffering worrying neck injuries. 14-year-old Josh has injured his ankle while riding his BMX and 41-year-old Sam crashed her car into a tree.

A woman's false eyelashes cause abrasions to her eyes. Doctors consider amputating the foot of a 77-year-old diabetic. Neurologist Dr Mahinda opts for an operation with only a slim chance of success for a stroke patient.

Episode 14 | Stronger Together

77-year-old Joan has injured her leg after falling down the stairs at home. 52-year-old John has suffered a critical head injury after a freak golfing accident. A lack of response from his right eye is a cause for concern.

Episode 15 | Stiff Upper Lip

Jim, a 37-year-old doctor, has been knocked off his bike. Despite reassuring staff that his injuries are not serious scans tell a different story. 85-year-old Maura has suffered severe spinal injuries after a fall at her home.

81-year-old cyclist Bill has been knocked down by a car, but he wasn't wearing a helmet and may have suffered serious head injuries. 93-year-old Amy has had an accident while doing her laundry.

59-year-old Charulata is awaiting a heart bypass but is brought to A&E after suffering a suspected stroke. 28-year-old carpenter Luke appears to have merely cut his finger at work but his epilepsy causes complications.

Doctors carry out tests to determine why 77-year-old Martin collapsed at home. 83-year-old Harry collapsed while out shopping. Paediatric nurse Kelly treats 6-year-old Lily who has cut her head after falling off her scooter.

10-year-old Ashleigh has injured her leg playing football and may require surgery. 3-year-old Lola is brought to A&E by her father after she suffered a seizure and 91-year-old Betty is suffering severe chest pains.

37-year-old Robert faces life-changing injuries after his motorbike collided with a car. 27-year-old Jessica has a wound that will not heal and doctors try to discover why 54-year-old Mary suddenly collapsed in the street.

5-year-old Isha was knocked down by a car, the medics suspect she has serious internal injuries as well as head injuries. 26-year-old Tom has suffered a leg injury with a circular saw that may have cut the blood flow to the leg.

75-year-old Gerry is rushed to A&E with a dangerously high heart rate. 92-year-old Margaret has fallen and hit her head and 6-year-old Daniel is treated for a blister on his foot that has become infected.

13-year-old Tom may require facial surgery after crashing his bicycle into a parked car while racing a friend. 26-year-old Andy has suffered a knee injury while playing Frisbee and 51-year-old Jason has blurred vision.

Pat has injured her leg while on holiday. Father of three John has crashed face first into a car while cycling. 89-year-old Adrian, a former Governor of Pentonville prison has chest pains.
