Top chefs battle it out in Canada as they form teams and face culinary challenges, from mystery ingredient combinations to regional cuisine showdowns, while former contestants return to judge their creations.

Episode 2 | Brunch à la Boulud

Sarah Levy participates as a judge as the chefs compete in creating their version of Canadian poutine. Then, in teams, they prepare a maple brunch inspired by sugar shack traditions, with Daniel Boulud as guest judge.

Episode 3 | Best Served Cold

Chefs tackle a Jamaican patty Quickfire before facing an icy Elimination Challenge with hockey star Natalie Spooner. They must craft cold dishes to win over judges, including Hunter Lewis and Lynn Crawford.

Episode 4 | Top Chef Trivia

Guest judge and Top Chef superfan Michael Cera is joined by Jeopardy. champions Mattea Roach and Amy Schneider for a trivia-based Quickfire Challenge.

Episode 5 | Line Cook for a Day

No Quickfire today - a Last Chance Kitchen chef joins. Pairs work at local restaurants, then must create dishes inspired by their experience. Double elimination tests teamwork. Sara Bradley joins judges.

Episode 6 | Pickle Me This

Chefs compete in two challenges: crafting a meal with minimal ingredients, then showcasing pickles in their dishes. Special guests include Susur Lee, Jet Bent-Let, Danny Garcia and Clare Reichenbach.

Episode 7 | You Wanna Pizza Me?

Chefs identify ingredients through tough stains for a Quickfire dish. Later, they make creative pizzas judged by Wylie Dufresne and Spike Mendelsohn alongside Kristen, Tom and Gail.

Episode 8 | Restaurant Wars

Chefs split into teams for Restaurant Wars challenge, creating two restaurants with three-course menus. They serve 100 diners, with judges Kristen, Tom, Gail plus Nina Compton and Janet Zuccarini.

Episode 9 | Cooking on the Edge

The chefs face a mussel challenge with Tom, Gail and Ilona Daniel. Then, they overcome their fears in a high altitude challenge. Patrick Kriss, Binit Pandey, Martine Bauer, Greg Davis and Buddha Lo join as judges.
