Episode 1 | Day 1

The contestants had forty five minutes to create their Signature dishes.

Episode 2 | Day 2

For the team challenge both teams were required to cut as many ten ounce steaks as they can in ten minutes.

Episode 3 | Day 3

for the team challenge, both teams had to cook 3 dishes in 20 minutes, with one chef in the kitchen at a time, when they switch, the chef would only have 15 seconds to relay what has been cooked and what needs to be cooked.

Episode 4 | Day 4

for the team challenge, both teams had to cook lunch for a group of children. The winning team won a trip to an amusement park while the losing team cleaned up the dining room.

Episode 5 | Day 5

For the team challenge, Ramsay tested their palates with a blind taste test. The wining team posed with Ramsay at a photo shoot for TV Guide, while the losing team cleaned the kitchen for the following service.

Episode 6 | Day 6

for the team challenge, after buying their ingredients for a three-course meal at the Grand Central Market, the winning team went out with Ramsey for the night on the town, while the losing team endured delivery day.

Episode 7 | Day 7

The remaining chefs are combined into one team and given twenty minutes to cook a dish for Ramsay.

Episode 8 | Day 8

The two finalists created their own menus for their final dinner service and remodeled the Hell's Kitchen restaurant to their own preferences.

For their final dinner service the two finalists chose their teams from the previously eliminated contestants.
