Episode 6 | Day 6

The the team challenge, Ramsay tested their palates with the blind taste test. The winning team went wine tasting with Ramsay and the losing team had to clean the restaurant's pots and pans.

Episode 7 | Day 7

The remaining five chefs were combined into one team wearing black jackets, the winner of the individual challenge received a helicopter trip over L.A. the losers were forced to clean the dining room.

Episode 8 | Day 8

The remaining chefs had fifteen minutes to create an original dish from a tray of fifteen leftovers ingredients from the previous service. The winner joined Ramsay to a taping of Good Day Live.

The final 3 contestants had to create a soufflé, the chef who came closest to creating the soufflé had the 1st pick in selecting an ingredient to make for service: beef, chicken or tuna, the chef that came in 2nd, can only choose ...
