Richard is joined by Lou Sanders for a blast round Bergen. They go on a gastronomic adventure, view odd architecture, ride a cable car to the top of Mt. Ulriken and fly down the fastest zip-line in Norway.

Richard Ayoade is joined by comedian Joe Wilkinson for a two-day break in Poland's second city. They take part in a baking workshop, visit a chapel in a salt mine and do a bit of soldering.
